Before
you Order
Stemride
International Ltd. (SIL) sub-licenses hESC lines established
by the company. SIL internal regulations require the recipient
of its materials to prove that further use of SIL’s line(s)
will be legitimate and esthetical. Therefore, we ask you to
do the following:
1.
Obtain approval of the institutional Ethics Committee or similar body
for plans on using the hESC lines.
2.
Find out what are custom’s rules and regulations for stem
cell import in your country; file relevant documents.
3.
Mail to SIL two (2) Letter of Agreement
signed by the authorized person.
4.
Contact SIL to specify your shipping preferences and receive
information about sub-license and other fees associated with the
material transfer.
If
you have any questions regarding procedures or assistance in selection
of the most appropriate hESC line(s), please contact SIL.
Ordering
Upon completion the preparatory
steps outlined in Before you Order, you need
to forward full payment to SIL (see Letter of Agreement for details).

Shipping
The
cells are shipped frozen in a vial in dry ice. A vial contains enough
cells to
expand the cell line. It is desirable to obtain a second vial as a
backup if there is a
problem growing the first vial of cells. Shipment will be made within
10 working
days of receiving all necessary documents and payments.
Note:
•
SIL will deliver materials only upon receipt of valid signed Letter of
Agreement and full payment.
• Please contact us
for further information about
shipping and handling of stem cell products.
• SIL is not responsible for actions of a shipping agent. We
recommend purchase of insurance and consideration of other security
arrangements by the recipient.
